into small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the sorting table. Complete
stalk removal followed by gentle crushing. Spontaneous co-fermentations in open thread tanks (
lagares) with gentle
pigeage and pumping over.
Ageing in cement tanks.

traditional Douro grapes varieties, mainlyTinta Barroca, but also Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional from own vineyards organically
grown (certified).

TasteVery smooth attack, balanced fresh acidity and soft tannins. Very pleasent fruity and fresh finale.
