VinificationHandpicked into small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the sorting table. Complete stalk removal followed by gentle crushing. Touriga Nacional macerates for 6 hours before pressing. Pressing. Cold static decantation for 48 hours. Co-fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 15ºC and 20ºC.
GrapesMixture of traditional Douro grapes like Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão and Touriga Nacional from own vineyards organically grown (certified).
ColourBrilliant and open peach skin with good intensity.
AromaYoung and exuberant. Stand out aromas of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry), seed fruits (cherry) and an elegant and delicate floral touch.
TasteDry. Soft attack. Delicate profile with balanced acidity enhances its floral character. Elegant and persistent finale.
ServingShould be served at a temperature between 10ºC to 12ºC.
